WE'RE SEARCHING FOR TWO HIGHLY-MOTIVATED INTERNS TO JOIN PURE GREEN. Each intern will work hand in hand with Celine, the founder and editor of Pure Green, and can be located anywhere in the world however must be English speaking. Applicants must be passionate, creative, hard-working, and willing to collaborate and learn. Hours are flexible but deadlines are expected to be reliably met. See below for intern descriptions.
Editorial Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside Celine planning editorial calendar, themes, and researching articles
- Writing articles
- Preparing for and conducting interviews
- Working alongside contributors
- Managing email submissions
- Bonus skill: photography & photoshop
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have prior experience with writing *samples required
- Strong writing, grammatical, research, and interpersonal skills are essential
- Must have a passion for living sustainably and a deep understanding of Pure Green's mission
- Must have a keen eye for design and photography
Social Media Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management and posting of content to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Planning and execution of social campaigns
- Community Interaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience desirable but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Must have a passion for living sustainably and a deep understanding of Pure Green's mission
- Must have a keen eye for design and photography
